High aromatic intensity, with prevailing notes of cherry. Perfectly integrated scents of wild fruit and dairy products.

Powerful and greedy entrance. Attractive combination of freshness and maturity. Ripe fruit on the palate; well-balanced fresh acidity, with a pleasant structure and fine tannins. Lingering finish.

Fresh, from 10°C to 12°C.

It pairs with tapas, meat, stews, legumes and traditional Spanish meals.

Grape carefully selected from our oldest vineyards, which produce less than four clusters per plant. Harvested by hand during the second week of October. Collected in special boxes, each one weighing 20 kilos. Placed into a cold storage room at 5ºC for one day.
