Before the museum, we will go to our Garden of Varieties, a vineyard located on the Ebro River that offers a spectacular view. There we can discover 130 varieties of plants and visit the vineyard with which we are going to produce a wine like that of The Last Supper. You will be able to swing in this unique place as a climax.
The guided tour of our winery-museum consists of four parts, all of them located in our 16th century building:
1) Ethnological museum: we will visit our centuries-old cellar where you will discover prehistoric, Roman and medieval sites. These civilizations have made possible the cultivation of the vine in Rioja.
2) Wine Museum: we will show you the techniques and tools that our family used to make wine as early as the 19th century.
3) Tunnel of the senses: we will use our senses to discover the aromas, flavors and colors that appear inside a bottle of wine.
4) We will finish the guided tour with a tasting of four wines and an olive oil in our glassed-in porch.
